Location: Victoria – face-to-face and online delivery Employment status: Sessional  Casual rate: Starting from $60/hour + benefits  Job number: 3279      Hey you!      We are looking for passionate and experienced Sessional Trainers with a background in disability, aged care, community or mental health services to inspire and upskill the next generation of care professionals.       As a trainer, you'll bring your real-world experience into the classroom, helping learners build confidence, capability, and a genuine connection to the work they do.      What you could be delivering     Our programs include:     Accredited qualifications and skill sets in Individual Support, Community Services, Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs.     Delivery may include face-to-face, online, workplace and blended learning.      genU Training delivers job-ready, nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses. We empower people through education—particularly those living with disability, long-term unemployed, or experiencing vulnerability in the community.              What you’ll do      As a Sessional Trainer, you will:    Facilitate engaging training across face-to-face and online environments  Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including new entrants and experienced support workers  Bring industry insights into your sessions to create practical, job-ready learning  Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and learner experience        What you’ll bring      TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - essential  Relevant qualification in your area of expertise (individual support, community services, mental health, alcohol and other drugs)  Strong, current experience in the relevant sector  Confident facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners  Experience delivering training both in-person and online    (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)        Why you’ll love working at genU      At genU, our differences make us stronger.
