As a Sessional Youth Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality youth work that supports, inspires, and empowers young people aged 11–24. You’ll work across a range of settings including open-access sessions, one-to-one support, and detached youth work.

• Facilitate drop-ins, mobile youth work, 1:1s, assemblies, and community projects.
• Support young people’s development in areas such as education, health, employment, and wellbeing.
• Signpost to relevant services and empower young people to overcome challenges.
• Ensure youth voice is central to session planning and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation.
• Collaborate with local partners and represent Inspire at community events.
