The majority of this specific  role will be pre-delivery inspections  and delivery of sold units. What Winning Looks Like:  QC, PDI and  test ride multiple powersports vehicles in a timely manner and according to Manufacturer specifications.  Proactively build units for the sales floor to replace sold items Maintain a clean, efficient and safe workspace Constantly look for ways to improve your performance and your department.   Skills Needed to Win: Love for hands on fast paced work environment Safety minded with mechanical aptitude Love for powersports and the ability to ride or drive them Ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  * Language Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
