Key Responsibilities: - Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation and product quality. - Act as production lead during shift, coordinating activities and supporting team members. - Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime. - Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery. - Collaborate with teams to improve processes and efficiency. - Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in manufacturing maintenance, machine setup, or related roles. - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. - Experience with electrical sensors, PLCs, servo motors, servo drives, hydraulic and mechanical functions and more. - Ability to act as a production lead, demonstrating leadership and communication skills. - Knowledge of automated and manual manufacturing equipment. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred. Standard hours for S2 are Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. to Midnight. Must be available for both weekly and weekend overtime as needed (this is scheduled in advance). This role requires individuals to be on their feet, walking or standing for the majority of the shift and the right candidate must be able to communicate effectively with other employees. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen if offered the position. Eligible for attendance/performance bonuses starting WEEK 1!
