To keep production line operating according to Production, Quality, EHS, Spoilage, Efficiency and Customer Standards

PROFILE (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

High school diploma or GED
Previous production experience desired
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through work experience or vocational training
Basic math skills and knowledge of data collection methods
Good communications skills, verbal and written
Ability to work overtime or non-regular hours as necessary
Willingness to adhere to Company safety rules and requirements
Ability to work well within a Team Environment
Manual Dexterity, ability to maintain brisk pace of production
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Ensure to handle product in a safely manner and ensure that product is produced in accordance to product specification to prevent excessive scrap.
Conduct changeovers in a timely manner.
Ensure to maintain equipment running in a efficient and safe manner in order to meet scheduled production output.
