Description
Set-up and maintain insert folding equipment (Primary folders are GUK-Vijuk / MBO / Pratham). Other machines we run are tabbers, Piggyback insert marrying machine, stitcher and Vijuk serialization printer. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or G.E.D is appreciated but not required. * 3 to 5 years of related experience with any of the above-mentioned machines is helpful. * Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and work instructions. * Attention to detail is a must. * Good organizational skills. * Good mechanical skills. * Able to read, write and speak English is a plus but not necessary. * Oversee multiple machines and address any issues that affect quality or production. * Proper use of rulers in order to ensure correct product sizes. * Must be able to maintain good attendance. * Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job. * Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all departments. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to maneuver in tight spaces. * Ability to do a lot of bending and reaching. * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. * This job is physically demanding and requires the job holder to be on their feet, walking/moving/lifting throughout long periods of time.
