Key Responsibilities: Develop system requirements in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders Analyze mission-level objectives and translate into clear, stakeholder-oriented operational plans (CONOPS) Strategically review developer's systems designs throughout all phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs Collaborate on verification and validation test plans and reviews to ensure systems meet customer objectives Provide insightful status reports, risk assessments, and identification of opportunities for multiple customer stakeholders Proactively monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery Assist in crafting project review briefings for executive-level milestone presentations Foster collaborative relationships through timely, precise communication with customer and contractor stakeholders Represent the customer with authority and expertise during key test events Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Polygraph clearance Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field Minimum of 9 years of systems engineering experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Experience in a technical advisory role as a bridge between technical teams and high-level leadership Demonstrated expertise writing requirements documents, test plans, standard operating procedures and other standard engineering documents
