We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping entrepreneurs grow their business through high-quality video content, social media management, and online advertising. As we expand into Ontario, we are looking for an experienced bilingual (French/English) Setter & Closer to handle pre-qualified B2B leads and close high-ticket deals.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and contact pre-qualified prospects via phone, email, or direct messages.
  • Conduct discovery calls and sales calls with qualified leads (no cold calling).
  • Identify client needs and present tailored marketing/content solutions.
  • Overcome objections and close high-ticket deals efficiently.
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and retention.
  • Manage pipeline and track leads in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales systems and client experience.
  • Participate in weekly remote team meetings.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in B2B closing and/or setting (minimum 1 year).
  • Bilingual: fluent in both English and French (oral & written).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
  • Self-disciplined, autonomous, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Knowledge of sales psychology and objection handling.
  • Interest in marketing, content creation, or digital sales (an asset).
