We are just getting started! www.4-app.com Job Characteristics: Steady and even paced activity with predictable work daily Repetitive tasks with well-defined procedures People-focused, while being reserved in nature Strong focus on repeatable, very high-quality results Be polite and helpful Work in a team environment with shared responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Operate manufacturing equipment (molding machine, CNC, hand tools) Use dexterity to set parts on ceramics and trays at prescribed rates Assist with loading and unloading furnace Insure work areas are cleaned and organized daily Measure products using calipers, microscopes, etc. to ensure quality production Inform managers of quality issues that arise Ensure customer requirements and shipping demands are met Overtime as needed Qualifications Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year manufacturing experience General mechanical aptitude Basic math and computer skills Orderly and responsible with tools and work area Willingness to learn new skills Must be safety conscious – wear safety glasses, etc. Present self in a clean, well-kept manner Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Please include personal e-mail when applying.
