REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a setting-out role, on commercial or public sector projects in Ireland.
• Proficient in using setting-out equipment including GPS and Total Station.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret drawings and technical documents.

• Carry out precise setting out and surveying of works using Total Station, GPS, and other instrumentation.
• Liaise closely with the Senior Engineer, Site Manager, and subcontractors to ensure site works progress according to programme and specifications.
• Maintain and record all site measurements, records, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor site levels and coordinate with design drawings to avoid discrepancies.
