Description

OTT Financial Inc. is seeking an experienced Settlement Clerks Supervisor to serve in our settlement team.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • At least one-year relevant experience is required;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    Classification: Full-time,35 hours per week
Responsibilities
  • Supervising transaction settlement process and reconciliation of daily settlements of trade instructions and payment orders, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Compliance reviewing and supervising, conducting routine compliance checks on financial transactions, client documentation, and accounting activities to mitigate operational and regulatory risks;
  • Supervising settlement clerks, establishing work schedules, examining and verifying accuracy of their works;
  • Resolving work-related problems;
  • Supervising and managing client support via WeChat and the mobile app, assisting with remittance and currency exchange inquiries, guiding users through supporting document submission, and ensuring a positive customer experience;
  • Handling escalated customer complaints, ensuring customers to receive high-quality services;
  • Providing support in creation of engaging and market-relevant content to strengthen client engagement;
  • Coordinating with human resources to organize and prepare training materials;
  • Providing other administrative duties including management of file and office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, etc.
