Job Description Job Description You will be integrated to the department Back Office and attached directly to the Settlement Retail team: Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP) Processing of physical shares Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities Front-office support Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*/MT76*/MT599 Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals and internal tools Qualifications An experience in a Settlement team is mandatory ; swift knowledge would be a plus Fluent in French, you also have good command of English ; German would be a plus You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity As a team player, you want to join a dynamic team Additional Information SQ1 Managerial role: No

Responsibilities

Responsible for processing transfer operations across all asset classes and handling physical shares within the Retail Settlement team. This includes conducting reconciliations, providing front-office support, and monitoring communications with custodians via SWIFT.
