Job Description: Additional Job Description Details of the Division and Team: The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex, or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate. The Branch Operations Analyst may also be responsible for building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties at an appropriate level, in particular around the more time critical, complex or regulated tasks. You can expect: Annual health checkup – cost borne by company (once a year) (above 40years old is TWD10,000 & less than 40 years old is TWD5,000) EAP – free and confidential counseling, online work-life resources Annual leaves entitlement Better Maternity leave Your key responsibilities: Process FINI settlement transactions, including equity trade, stock borrowing and lending, futures, bond and ETF, etc. Understand for custody settlement process and applicable regulations. Prepare documentation and perform tasks related to audit, control and reconciliation purpose. Monitor and follow up the pending items for daily activities and ad-hoc tasks. Support client reporting and inquiries for settlement transactions. Handle frequently regulatory reporting. Participant in system enhancement and ad-hoc system testing for client’s request, market change, or system regular upgrade. Communicate with local brokers, Taiwan depositary, and regulators for effective interaction. Works well in a team, proactive, and willing to learn. Ability to work well under pressure of trading hours with high degree of accuracy. Your skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business management, or relevant function Experiences in banking operations or custodian function is preferred Good knowledge of FINI system in Taiwan market Good communication and English written skill Ability to work independently Sufficient MS office skill.
