You will support the team as they engage with customers to understand business needs and priorities and efforts to deliver those outcomes. You may assist with identifying and implementing process improvements to increase customer value, as well as assisting with identification of customer problems, process exceptions, and risks. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Settlements & Structured Transactions Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Partner with team to gather data to resolve customer issues and third-party service level agreements (SLA). Assist the team with exception requests, including escalation and communication of production incidents. Perform tasks related to process improvement efforts. Collaborate with the team on data analysis, forecasting, and managing capacity. Assist with monitoring process performance and risk assessments. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Desired Experience Bachelor degree or equivalent Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify operational and process issues, determine causes of errors, and collaborate on effective solutions. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present ideas clearly and engagingly to various audiences. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency, with a willingness to take ownership and accountability for team tasks. Effective time management, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Inquisitive and eager to learn, with a questioning nature and a desire to continuously improve. Ability to identify and implement processing efficiencies, leveraging tools and collaboration to drive improvements. Proficiency in data visualization and graphical representation of information, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience in change management, supporting organizational efforts to adapt and meet strategic objectives. Team-oriented mindset, working respectfully and cooperatively with colleagues across functions to achieve common goals. Experience applying Lean management principles, focused on optimizing processes, improving quality and efficiency, and delivering value to the business and customers.
