Description Arctic Cat is a leader in the powersports industry. Arctic Cat markets its Snowmobile, ATV and SXS products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the United States and Canada and through distributors representing dealers in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia and other international markets. Responsibilities: Setup and operate equipment to produce parts meeting blueprint specifications and tolerances. Understand CNC programming fundamentals and adjust programs as required to maintain part quality and throughput. Measure and inspect parts using height gauges, calipers, and other basic inspection tools. Read and interpret blueprints and apply basic math to verify dimensions and tolerances. Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime and scrap. Perform routine machine care, including checking and filling fluids and cleaning/blowing out the machine. Assist in other production areas as needed. Maintain acceptable performance standards for daily production, quality, safety, and housekeeping goals. Performs minor adjustments, daily preventative maintenance, or setups to equipment or machines under supervision. Communicate well with others and work in a manner to support a team environment. Perform to company standards of continuous improvement if applicable. Responsible for handling and lifting raw material on to machines as needed. Inspects parts or completed units by using visual inspection, gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, micrometers, or other inspection equipment. Performs all other assigned duties as instructed by supervision. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience. Requirements Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic experience in welding or operating machinery preferred, basic programming knowledge preferred. Must have the ability to lift up to 70lbs frequently. Experience operating forklift and band saws preferred.
