KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

 High school degree or equivalent.
 Basic computer skills and ability to share statistical performance data.
 Pass drug screen, physical, and background check.
 Communication skills both written and verbal.
 Able to work continuous operation schedule (days/nights/weekends).
 Be available to work a reasonable amount of overtime, if required.
 Communication of quality issues to production/quality personnel in a timely manner.
 Prior experience operating/maintaining industrial machinery/equipment.
 Ability to read, interpret and perform the physical requirements related to the SOP’s.

 Mold setup, product quality from First piece
 Attend any and all training classes provided by the company.
 Setup and troubleshooting of Mod-Packers and Robot Packers
 Work in close cooperation with post molding technicians and maintenance team and communicate effectively with all departments.
 Must be punctual and have minimum attendance discrepancies.
 Other duties as assigned.
 Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
