OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. Your ability to manage time effectively, paying attention to customer wants and needs, coherently communicating with the kitchen and server’s and handle cash transactions accurately will be key to your success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the food industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Open Availability, able to work anytime of the day/week.
• Proficient in time management to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
• Being punctual towards your shift and coming five minutes early for the shift.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, including payment POS, for processing orders and handling cash and debit transactions.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies..
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a friendly and inviting environment for all patrons.
