JOB SUMMARY

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality service.
  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately; experience with cashiering is beneficial.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold high sanitation standards.
  • Engage with guests to build rapport, address any inquiries or complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
