EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately; experience with cashiering is beneficial.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience and encourage upselling.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling procedures, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold high sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests to build rapport, address any inquiries or complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
