We are seeking a skilled Sewer to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing and an understanding of fabric types and patterns. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency within our warehouse setting. As a Sewer, you will work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals while maintaining the integrity of our products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred.
• Strong sewing skills with the ability to operate various types of sewing machines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications.
• Interpret and follow patterns, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain sewing equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production challenges.
• Keep the work area organized and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
