NOW HIRING: SEWER SALES / CAMERA TECHNICIANS Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling | Merriam, KS What We Offer • $100,000–$200,000+ annually (100% Commission + Quarterly Bonus) • Weekly Pay • Company-provided vehicle + gas card • PTO + 6 paid holidays • Matching 401(k) • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits • Accidental & Critical Illness coverage • Company-paid $15,000 Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability • Consistent year-round work • Growth and advancement opportunities • Supportive, family-oriented team environment Responsibilities • Perform sewer camera inspections and diagnose sewer line issues • Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and maintenance options • Generate leads and present tailored sewer solutions • Prepare and deliver estimates and sales presentations • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up on opportunities • Stay current on sewer industry trends, products, and best practices • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Requirements • Previous sales experience required; sewer, plumbing, construction, or home services experience preferred • Experience with sewer inspections and camera equipment is a plus • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Strong organizational and time-management skills Polestar has proudly served the Kansas City area for over 41 years and continues to grow.
