ABOUT US:

Bright Synergy Kids Club is a fast-growing provider of hands-on enrichment classes for schools and educational organizations throughout California. Our programs are designed to inspire creativity, confidence, and curiosity in young learners through engaging, project-based instruction.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings
✅ Proficiency in basic sewing and fashion design techniques
✅ Excellent classroom management and communication skills
✅ Creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching
✅ Must be punctual and reliable

✅ Willingness to complete:

• TB Test
• Background Check
• Drug Test (if required)

• Design and teach age-appropriate lessons in beginner fashion design and sewing
• Guide students in creating wearable fashion pieces using hand-stitching and basic sewing techniques
• Prepare students’ work for a culminating end-of-year Fashion Show featuring their original designs
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Take attendance and communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators
