We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to take ownership of product construction (Sewing & Bonding) during product development by providing accurate, cost effective and manufacturing feasible construction methods to meet expected customer standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Create construction break down according to the designer sketch/ Sample and aligning to the chassis, while giving feedback when and where necessary to ensure production feasibility. * Conduct sewing meetings with the relevant stakeholders to explain production feasible construction methods, required quality points, bonding and technology variables & SOPs etc. * Follow through the sample making process to ensure necessary constructions adjustments as required. * Verify the final product in terms of quality and design intent and handover to the Pattern Tech according to the critical path date to ensure right samples first time. * On time final construction submission for thread ordering to ensure data accuracy to costing and tread team. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * At least 5 years of working experience as a Sewing Operator / Sample Maker  * Product specific sewing and construction experience  * Relevant Certificate / Diploma will be an added advantage  * Basic Computer and English Literacy  * Fundamental understanding of Technology Products
