Who we are looking for: We are seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up and operate sewing machines, cut patterns, and produce high-quality custom upholstery products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and communicates effectively with team members and supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute custom upholstery jobs according to detailed work order specifications. Set up and maintain sewing machines, including threading, bobbin changes, and needle replacement. Accurately cut patterns and materials to prepare for production. Maintain consistent product quality and craftsmanship throughout all assignments. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team-oriented production environment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Maintain productivity and focus in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members. Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
