QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services like Amazon Connect, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and more.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, especially in case management and contact center workflows.
• Proficiency in database integrations with MySQL and Postgres.
• Experience with enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, or custom connectors.
• Ability to work within US time zones (preferred).

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce–AWS Integration Engineer to develop and improve integrations that support customer service and contact center workflows. This role will focus on linking Salesforce Service Cloud with Amazon Connect and AWS RDS (MySQL/Postgres), with future plans related to intelligent case routing and workflow automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, and AWS RDS (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Improve Salesforce contact center workflows, such as case routing, customer interaction tracking, and service automation.
• Work with business and technical teams to turn requirements into dependable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve integrations for better performance, scalability, and security.
• Support continuous improvements to Salesforce–AWS integrations aligned with customer service strategies.
