Description
Define and maintain release schedules and pipelines for Salesforce changes. Configure and manage AutoRABIT jobs: deployments, version control integration, rollback procedures. Manage Salesforce environments: refresh sandboxes, manage metadata migrations, maintain org consistency. Work with development and admin teams to ensure branching and merging strategies, track merges, resolve conflicts. Monitor deployment metrics and produce reports on release health, failure rates, cycle times. Facilitate automated testing, static code analysis, and ensure compliance with quality gates. Document release notes, maintain audit logs, rollback plans, and change history. Identify and implement improvements to the release process and tooling. 4+ years working with Salesforce platform (configurations, metadata, code). Hands-on experience with AutoRABIT (or equivalent) for Salesforce CI/CD and release automation. Solid experience with Git or other version control, branching, merging. Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices, automated testing, rollback and risk mitigation. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience with Salesforce DX. Experience in large or global Salesforce orgs with many sandboxes/integrations.
