Metyis is growing! We are looking for a SFCC Frontend Developer with 2+ years of relevant experience for a full-time position to join our Technology team based out of Digital Campus in Porto. You will focus on building responsive, accessible, and performant user experiences on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive UI components using ISML templates and SCSS Implement interactive features such as cart, wishlist, and product modules Optimize frontend performance and cross-browser compatibility Integrate with third-party services (payments, analytics, chat) Maintain and improve the Webpack build pipeline Ensure designs are implemented pixel-perfect in collaboration with UX/UI Write modular, maintainable JavaScript (ES6+) code What you will bring Technical Skills Required: JavaScript ES6+ (async/await, Fetch API, error handling, modular coding) SCSS/SASS with advanced features (mixins, variables, functions) BEM methodology & component-based CSS architecture Responsive design (mobile-first, Grid, Flexbox) SFCC ISML templates (syntax, includes, decorators, data binding) Basic MVC and caching strategies knowledge Hands-on experience with Business Manager (Page Designer, assets, slots, debugging logs) Experience Level: 2–4 years frontend development experience 2+ years SFCC-specific experience E-commerce and multi-site exposure Nice-to-Have React, Angular, or Vue js Headless Commerce / Composable experience Familiarity with OCAPI / SCAPI
