JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep technical expertise and a strong track record of building scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a hands-on expert who can own development, integrations, and deployment processes while collaborating in an Agile environment.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Proven experience in Salesforce integration with REST/SOAP APIs
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in sprint-based delivery
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)

• Lead end-to-end development on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems through APIs and middleware
• Manage CI/CD processes using Copado
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver in sprints
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure performance tuning and scalability
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers (if applicable)
