Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Singapore team.
This is a critical support role. You’ll ensure deals signed by our BD team turn into real revenue by managing invoice follow-ups, Salesforce records, and contract documentation.

The best part? This role has a clear path for growth. As you gain experience, you’ll expand into:

  • Pricing & deal workflows
  • Preparing quotations & approvals
  • Salesforce ownership & reporting
  • Supporting BDs on client calls & research
  • Driving front-office team success

A perfect stepping stone into Sales Ops, RevOps, Customer Success, or BD in the SaaS/F&B tech space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Follow up on payments for newly signed clients (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
  • Maintain AR trackers & escalate overdue cases when needed
  • Draft proposals, quotations, decks, and contracts
  • Keep Salesforce accurate & up to date
  • Liaise with BD, RevOps, Finance & Customer Success to keep deals moving
  • Support BDs on customer calls, meetings, and research
