Role Responsibilities: Ensure compliance for all IT standards and security policies Develop instructional documentation and provide training to users Driving support for users for all IT needs Identify gaps across hardware and services and then execute initiatives to improve quality of service Ability to be onsite at required times Assist in maintaining accuracy and relevance of the technical knowledge-base Ensure service of Conference Room Technologies are operating Printer Support Role Requirements & Applicable Technologies 5+ years of work experience Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and self-manage time Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication Resiliency / Flexibility Familiarity with servicing abroad spectrum of development collaboration tools, including Active Directory, Duo, Yubikey and Google Apps/Suite and SSO Proficiency in OSX Windows and OSX security fundamentals Foundational understanding of Agile Conference and Meeting Room Support (Google, Logitech and Crestron) Knowledge and prior use of Ticket-tracking software Foundational understanding of authentication protocols such as LDAP Networking principles and applications/ technologies (e.g.,TCP / UDP protocols, DNS, DHCP, GPO services)
