Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Specialist Partner Lead to join our Care Experience team to help Doctor Anywhere in accelerating growth and driving success of our business across the region. You will primarily look to develop partnerships with external specialist doctors to develop a strong foundation of specialist networks to support in providing care for local / overseas patients.
The ideal candidate will need to have exceptional drive and energy to work in fast-paced environment, strong financial and analytical skills, a can-do attitude, and be adept in managing stakeholders across the organisation
This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Head of Care Experience

A SUMMARY OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Identify and source for new specialists and hospitals in Singapore and the region to be onboarded into our ecosystem to provide access to care for patients
  • Foster relationships with our existing partner network of specialists, addressing their needs and exploring new collaboration opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to onboard partnering doctors into our system to support patient referral flow from all channels. Drive alignment and communications across multiple teams to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Track and report key operational / financial indicators on specialist network performance to senior management
