JOB DESCRIPTION:

Doctor Anywhere is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President, Head of Marketing. As the leader of our regional marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various channels. This role will require a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in marketing, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the healthcare or related industry preferred but not must.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making and measure marketing performance.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change and drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Drive initiatives across digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, and corporate communications to effectively reach target audiences and drive business results.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a diverse team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, setting clear goals and expectations, and supporting the team in achieving their objectives. Ensure effective resource allocation and talent development to drive departmental success.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media strategy, and online advertising campaigns. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance digital marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Content Marketing: Drive content strategy and development across various channels to engage and educate target audiences. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content that resonates with our audience and supports brand positioning and thought leadership.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead performance marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive customer acquisition and retention. Implement testing methodologies and analytical frameworks to measure and improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Product Marketing: Partner with business development, product and regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features. Develop product positioning, messaging, and collateral to effectively communicate value propositions and drive adoption among target customers.
  • Corporate Communications: Oversee corporate communications initiatives, including public relations, media relations, and crisis communications. Serve as a spokesperson or train spokesperson for the company and build strong relationships with media outlets, key stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer success, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to drive collective success.
