• Greeting customers and operating the cash register, receiving payments, accurately counting, and providing change to customers as required, and following all Applegreen customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
• Cleaning and stocking work and dining areas
• Receiving inventory, moving, and lifting food and beverage products and supplies; maintaining a solid knowledge of product and services available in the business unit
• Ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and buffs floors using heavy equipment
• Cleans walls, windows and steam cleans trashcans
• And other related duties.
