Job Title: Shared Ownership Resales Assistant Manager Location: Woodley Brand: SOWN Salary: up to £38,500 OTE Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, every other Saturday 10am - 4pm About Sown: We believe shared ownership is the future. Established in 2018 with hubs in Wokingham, London and Nottingham, SOWN specialises in selling both new-build and re-sale shared ownership homes. Key responsibilities: To assist the sale Manger in running the resales section of SOWN. To ensure that internal systems are kept up to date and run smoothly. List properties on the market, liaising with sellers to encourage them to use our services. To work with the sales manager to ensure sales targets are hit and exceeded. To provide a high level of service to our sellers and to promote SOWN as a Brand. What we are looking for: A track record in Shared Ownership with experience in both New Build and Resale properties. Organisational skills. Good communication skills. Ability to problem solve and work on own initiative.
