As a Shared Service Associate, you will be responsible for the delivery of an assigned service line to stores & other concerned units in line within agreed SOP and SLAs. Your dream. Our focus. What the role will entail Handle and process digital operations for online banking account opening and transactions. Support store operations within the role's scope and ad hoc-related functions. Process back-office transactions, such as bulk account creation and similar non-customer-facing tasks. Conducts video KYC for account reactivation and maintenance. Process bank certificate requests. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course. Having obtained a Master's Degree is a plus. A minimum of background experience in Banking or any work-related field is preferred. Has working knowledge of banking regulations, products, and services. With excellent communication and customer service skills.
