We’re seeking a Shared Services Manager to lead a small team (two direct reports) and take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations that keep our FMCG business running smoothly. This role will give you exposure across the breadth of finance; from payroll and AP/AR to cashflow forecasting and banking, while working closely with our Head of Finance.

WHAT SOME OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Manage cashflow forecasting and provide clear insights to leadership
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage all Trade related loans across the group
  • Manage end to end payroll across AU & NZ
  • Lead and mentor a small shared services team (2 direct reports)
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance administration to support our growth

Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG

  • Confident managing AP, AR and payroll, with experience across AU & NZ
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Navision, Blueshift & HRIS experience a plus
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels
  • Self-motivated and ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team
  • Bring an agile approach for effective problem solvin
