Position Purpose The Shared Services Patient Account Analyst II (SS Rep II) is proficient in all functions associated with coverage of the front desk at the Encompass Health Business Services Office (BSO), adhering to established security protocols and procedures. This role will utilize various internal programs including but not limited to SharePoint, Millennium and the Accounts revenue system. The Shared Services Representative II handles inbound and outbound calls and provides assistance to team members. The Shared Services Representative II will also ensure the successful mailing of documents, showcasing attention to detail to maintain HIPAA compliance in outgoing mail. The position may assist with training support and/or shadowing of newer team members. Additionally, this role may assist in special projects. Minimum Qualifications • Minimum High School degree or GED. • Preferred 1-2 years of previous business office experience and/or 3 months or more of Encompass Health Corporation BSO experience and/or related background preferred. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel is required. • Onsite requirement 5 times per week Starting Perks and Benefits At Encompass Health, we are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and caring environment where you can thrive.
