Description Pre-Employment Screening - Background Verification checks process  Initiating Background verification checks with Agency  Highlighting discrepancies to stakeholders for delays  reinitiating cases closed due to unable to verify  Adjudication Approvals from right authorities in case of various discrepancies  updating the stakeholders on the progress of check initiated  Providing reports with the updated status.     On-boarding Process  Initiating & timely completion of joining formalities for new employee  Ensuring the release of all employment related contracts & letters  HRIS Updation and management  I-9 and E-verify administration  Creating Personnel File    Employee Movement & Transfer process  Initiating deputation and repatriation process within said timeframe  Issuing letters of Deputation/Transfer  HRIS Updation and management  Clearance tracking and notifications    Personnel File & Document Management  Maintaining personnel file of employees  Updating Employee File Management Data  Preparing various letters as per request and verifications purposes    Employee Query Management  Reverts to various query raised by employee & Stakeholders  Query Management tracking report    Audit Management  Collating & verifying audit details  Front end audit responsibility  Timely submission of audit requirement      At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
