Location: Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA
Clearance: Secret (minimum)
Education: Bachelor’s in IT-related field OR Security+ with 4 years relevant experience
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ (required); Microsoft SharePoint Server Hybrid Administrator, Windows Server Admin (desired)
Experience: 7+ years IT, with 4+ in SharePoint and 3+ managing SharePoint On-Prem

• Configure and manage SharePoint Server 2016/2019 (web apps, site collections, databases, service apps).
• Manage user permissions, AD integration, and SharePoint security policies.
• Implement governance, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery.
• Perform system health checks, apply patches and updates.
• Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues; maintain documentation.
• Support migrations to SharePoint Online using SPMT, ShareGate, Metalogix.
