Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented SharePoint and Web Developer to provide comprehensive support across program management, knowledge management, and administrative functions. This role ensures effective program execution, documentation, reporting, and collaboration in alignment with TSA standards and federal requirements. Responsibilities: Provide backend development support for SharePoint sites, web applications, and TSA.gov. Provide frontend support including design, build, and deliver SharePoint pages, web applications, and support other digital technology initiatives Maintain TSA News app content posting support and Drupal content management maintenance Support in providing content for TSA’s HQ facility with digital signage, including maintaining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ongoing maintenance of the digital signage web page and the timely uploading of documents based on requests received from the graphic design department Provide timely web development and/or other code updates to program offices on a per project basis Configured, supported, and maintained web collaboration tools Develop Power Apps according to specifications Monitor developed app’s performance and user feedback Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, or Information Technology 5+ years of relevant experience in web development with a strong emphasis on SharePoint development Experience with MS SharePoint Online and Power Apps strongly preferred Experience with Power BI and Drupal required Experience with Section 508 conformance preferred Experience in program support, knowledge management, or roles within a government or regulated environment preferred Awareness of UI/UX principles Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass TSA Public Trust clearance Prior TSA experience preferred EEO Employer: RELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
