Responsibilities

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: WORK WITH PURPOSE

At ECG, your contribution will have meaningful impact. The work you do will ultimately help health systems optimize performance and meet the needs of the communities they serve—and that’s just the beginning. We’re looking for team players, culture builders, problem-solvers, and self-starters to collaborate, take on challenging projects, and find new ways to make a positive impact in the healthcare services sector. ECG is committed to ensuring a supportive, inclusive, and equitable work environment that embraces DEI, where we recognize performance, communicate openly and transparently, and value work-life balance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Designing, customizing, and supporting our SharePoint Online environment, including our internally developed document review management/workflow system.
  • Extending existing SharePoint custom code using SPFx, C#, React, TypeScript, and PowerShell.
  • Managing enhancement requests and bug fixes for assigned systems in collaboration with the associated end-user teams using ServiceNow.
  • Working with end users on SharePoint-related issues.
  • Advancing search capabilities within SharePoint.
  • Maintaining scripts related to SharePoint.
  • Working with Azure Function and Logic Apps to support application integrations with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Managing, maintaining, and making recommendations for improvements to existing system integrations.
  • Evaluating and recommending new technologies.
  • Providing support, documentation, and training of IT staff and end users, including ensuring there is a well-trained backup to support assigned applications if the primary resource is absent.
  • Providing work estimates, risk assessments, and/or ROI analyses to help IT leadership prioritize projects, system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Attending educational workshops, seminars, conferences, online training, etc. to grow existing job knowledge and skills.
  • Participating in the evaluation of potential new hires and mentoring existing employees.
