RESPONSABILITIES:

• Design and configure SharePoint Online sites tailored to business workflows and needs.
• Develop structured document libraries, lists, metadata tagging, and site navigation, ensuring compliance..
• Create custom web components leveraging SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for advanced development.
• Implement PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Optimize workflows with automation, ensuring usability and scalability.
• Integrate SharePoint with Micrososoft 365 tools and external applications for seamless collaboration.
• Work with UI/UX designers to ensure accessible, intuitive SharePoint interfaces.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SharePoint solutions.
• Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support to drive adoption and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, opmizing performance.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Web API, SQL, HTML, and CSS for development.
• Experience in SharePoint newsletters, surveys, web-parts, governance, permissions, and security compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, translate technical solutions for diverse audiences, and drive efficiency.
• Ability to implement automation workflows with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall development models.
• Expetise in troubleshooting SharePoint environments for performance and usability.
