Description

THE SCOPE OF SERVICES INCLUDE:

Analysing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the Microsoft SharePoint system for the campus community.
Attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting.
Enhancement to existing system / new project development work.
Support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems.
Maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure.
Provision of monthly work progress report records.
Working with the other developers at the Polytechnic.
