If you’re passionate about high-profile and challenging projects supporting the US Navy, WTS has a fantastic opportunity for you! We are looking for a SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team at the Washington Navy Yard.
We are seeking a talented and motivated SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain or transfer your Secret clearance.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
• 1-4 years of experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform development.
• Demonstrated success on large-scale SharePoint Online (SPO) development projects.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Distribution permission groups and their proper application.
• Experience in designing and developing MS Power Platform-based, enterprise-level solutions, including process automation, workflow, report, and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in preparing, exploring, modeling, and analyzing data.
• Strong ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize information from various resources.
• Understanding of data security principles, including row-level security and data sensitivity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey insights and tell a story with data.
• Certifications such as Microsoft SharePoint, Web Design, or Security+ are a plus.
• Secret security clearance or above required.

  Pay: $113,853.66 - $137,114.09 per year

• Design and develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective Power Platform solutions.
• Create and implement custom applications leveraging Power Apps foundational technologies like connectors, forms, and flows.
• Design and manage SharePoint Online sites and applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI to provide valuable business insights.
• Ensure data security is maintained through proper permission groups, row-level security, and data sensitivity protocols across all platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and present insights effectively.
• Maintain and update documentation for all developed solutions.
