CARE IN ACTION

With a career at the TAC, you’ll be helping us look out for the lives of everyone who travels on Victoria’s roads. That’s care in action.
Find out more about our shared purpose, and what drives every one of us.
Right now, we’re seeking a SharePoint Engineer who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.

AUTOMATION & WORKFLOW DESIGN SKILLS

You’re skilled in using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to build automated document flows and approval processes that streamline business operations.

COMPLIANCE FOCUSED MINDSET & MIGRATION EXPERIENCE

You understand PROV standards and have experience implementing retention and disposition policies. You’ve led data migration projects using tools like Sharegate or Migration Manager, ensuring accuracy and alignment with compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Engineer to help design, build and maintain a secure and scalable SharePoint Online environment as part of the TAC’s Microsoft Program. This role is central to delivering a modern Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) that supports compliance, automation, and seamless collaboration.
You’ll lead the technical implementation of site collections, metadata frameworks, automated workflows, and tenancy-level governance. You’ll also play a key role in configuring Microsoft Purview policies, supporting data migration, and ensuring alignment with Victorian Government recordkeeping standards.
