YOUR NEW ROLE Join the Sydney Opera House as a SharePoint Information Administrator. You’ll support the implementation, governance and adoption of Microsoft SharePoint collaboration and content management platform, including the administration of the in-place records management solution (currently AvePoint). The role is responsible for managing and maintaining SOH’s corporate SharePoint information sites, ensuring effective information management, compliance and user engagement across the platform. [https://soh-hr.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/hr/TECHNOLOGY/RD - SharePoint Information Administrator_June 2026.pdf] ARE YOU THE ONE? * Relevant tertiary qualifications and 2–5 years’ experience in information management and/or technology support within a medium-sized organisation. * Proven experience administering, training, and supporting SharePoint, including information compliance, in-place records management, and tools such as AvePoint. * Strong knowledge of records management, information governance, data lifecycle management, information security, and relevant legislation/policies (State Records Act, GIPA Act, PPIP Act, and NSW Government Cyber Security Policy). * Demonstrated high-level analytical, research, and problem-solving skills applied in an information management environment. * High personal integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
