WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a proactive colleague to join our IT team in Prague as a SharePoint & M365 Collaboration Owner. In this role, you will own and develop our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. The key focus of this position is to continuously educate and enable P3 users to use SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and related tools correctly, efficiently, and securely. The role also includes day-to-day platform management, governance, and continuous improvement, with close collaboration with the Product Owner and Head of Applications on product strategy, budget proposals, and vendor coordination. SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Lead user enablement, training, and adoption across P3 for SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and related M365 tools. Create training materials, maintain Learning Management System content, and build user awareness through tips, guidance, and best practices. Own day-to-day management of SharePoint Online and related user request queues. Maintain site structure, metadata, permissions, term stores, and overall information organization. Drive governance activities, including access reviews, oversharing checks, storage monitoring, and standardization of folder and site structures. Work closely with the Product Owner on product requirements and prioritization of items within the M365 ecosystem. Support budget planning by proposing and preparing budget inputs to the Head of Applications or Product Owner, who retains ownership of the budget and contract. Monitor system updates, provide the guidance to end users and adjust the internal processes if needed. Proactively look for process improvements and propose practical solutions within SharePoint Online and the wider M365 ecosystem.
