The SharePoint / Nintex Workflow Specialist designs, develops, and maintains enterprise workflow automation and forms solutions, enabling streamlined, efficient, and scalable business processes across the organisation. What you'll do: Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions using Nintex Forms and Workflows Configure and administer SharePoint on-premises environments to support business needs Lead or support migration activities from legacy workflow platforms to modern solutions (e.g. Nintex K2) Analyse business requirements and translate them into automated workflow solutions Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements to existing workflows and forms Provide ad-hoc support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and workflow-related issues Ensure workflows align with governance, security, and compliance requirements Document workflow designs, configurations, and technical specifications Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation What you'll bring: Strong experience designing and supporting Nintex Enterprise Forms and Workflows Exposure to or experience with workflow platform migrations (e.g. Nintex K2) Advanced SharePoint on-prem administration, configuration, and support skills Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflow automation solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions High-quality documentation and communication skills Why You'll Love Working Here: Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
