About the role
Oxana Pty Ltd is seeking a talented SharePoint and Power Platform Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Perth, WA. As a key member of our technology division, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to support our growing business. What you’ll be doing
Architect, design, and deploy SharePoint-based solutions, including collaboration portals, document management systems, and process automation workflows
Develop custom Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to streamline business processes and enhance data-driven decision making
Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to align technology solutions with organisational objectives
Continuously optimize and maintain the performance, security, and reliability of
SharePoint and Power Platform environments
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to drive business growth
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
Proven expertise in SharePoint administration, including site collection management, workflow automation, and custom web parts development
Extensive knowledge of Power Platform capabilities, including Power Apps, Power
Automate, and Power BI, and experience in building end-to-end solutions
Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of web technologies and cloud-based architectures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development What we offer
