We have decades-long partnerships with some of the most respected consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies and the most highly inventive retailer brands.  POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the SharePoint & Power Platform Intern supports the administration and enhancement of the Company’s SharePoint environment, assists with building and maintaining Power Automate workflows, and contributes to basic web development tasks while gaining practical experience in an enterprise IT setting.        DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: * Assist with SharePoint Online site, library, list, and permission administration * Support content organization and migration * Build and maintain Power Automate workflows * Document workflows and user instructions * Perform basic HTML/CSS web updates * Troubleshoot SharePoint and automation issues * Collaborate with IT and business users * Track work items and tickets * Follow IT governance, security standards, and data privacy principles * Work in a safe manner, consistent with Company safety rules and regulations * Report food safety & quality problems as applicable  REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, IS/MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; Sophomore candidates with relevant experience will be considered * Basic SharePoint Online knowledge * Introductory Power Automate experience * HTML/CSS knowledge; JavaScript a plus * Microsoft 365 ecosystem familiarity (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook integration) * Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation; process mapping or flowcharting skills helpful * Comfortable working with IT teams and business stakeholders * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Good attention to detail * Willingness to ask questions and accept feedback * Time management and accountability WORKING CONDITIONS: * Regularly required to sit, use hands * Occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with a potential of up to 25 pounds * Sedentary office environment * Occasional exposure to manufacturing plant floor requiring the use of personal protective equipment (ear plugs, safety glasses, bump cap, skid-resistant leather shoes, etc.) * Must follow Good Manufacturing Practice (hair net, no jewelry, no fake nails or eyelashes, no food/drink, gum, etc. in manufacturing Plant) DISCLAIMER: The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed and is not an inclusive summary of job duties and responsibilities.
