REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Microsoft certifications relating to Microsoft technologies (MCSA, MCSE), with SharePoint Online and Azure certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus relevant experience, or five (5) years in IT with no degree.
  • 1–3 years managing Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Online environments at the enterprise level.
  • 1–3 years developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform apps, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage SharePoint Online sites, user permissions, libraries, and lists.
  • Develop and support Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics).
  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 apps.
  • Suggest, develop, and implement new processes and procedural improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and end users to resolve issues.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and Power Automate.
  • Manage, secure, and optimize SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met and stay current with best practices.
  • Recommend process improvements, and develop and maintain SharePoint sites and Power Automate applications.
  • Oversee the creation and administrative management of Microsoft Teams via Power Automate flows.
